A cuvée made of pucrchased grapes: 100% Pinot Noir grown on 23 ares of clay-limestone soils on the Les Bertins climat. The grapes were harvested by hand by the estate's team. Vinification: total destemming, indigenous yeasts, work by gravity, cold pre-fermentation maceration, some pump-overs, 12 months of aging in barrels, 25% of which are new oak. Blended in vats, bottled at the Estate. 900 bottles produced.
Morgan et Julie Truchetet
Morgan and Julie Truchetet, brother and sister, took over Domaine Truchetet from their father Jean-Pierre in January of 2019. Together, they represent the fifth generation to lead Domaine Truchetet.
