100% Chardonnay from vines farmed organically and planted on a superb parcel, coming from the center of Puligny's village and going to the Premiers Crus Clavaillon and Les Perrières. Organic viticulture, therefore, followed by natural vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and maturation in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphur.
