Pinot Noir from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on an exceptional vineyard site between Romanée Saint Vivant, les Echezeaux and Richebourg. The grapes were harvested by hand. In the winery: some pumping over and light punching down of the cap are practiced to bring out the very best in the Pinot Noir from this great terroir. Fermentation is therefore carried out using indigenous yeasts, with gentle pressing, maturation for 15 months in barrels with a maximum of 45% new oak, then three months in vats before bottling.
