A blend of Chardonnay, Gamay, and Pinot Noir from 30 to 70-year-old vines, grown organically on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest and natural vinification: direct pressing, aging in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottling and secondary fermentation with 9 months of aging on laths. This extra-brut is disgorged but not fined or filtered. Bottled at the estate.
