100% Chardonnay from organic vines planted on two plots: 0.16 ha at Les Goudelettes climat and 0.08 ha at Les Gollardes climat, on clay-limestone terroirs. Harvested by hand on the 2nd of September 2020, pneumatic pressed for 1h30, aged 12 months in barrels, 3 months in vats. Bottled at the estate on the 23rd of December, 2021, without fining or filtration, with a micro-dose of sulfur (18 mg/l).

Seiichi Saito
Seiichi Saito is the winemaker at the head of Domaine Petit-Roy in Chorey-lès-Beaune. Born in China, he moved to Japan with his parents at the age of 11 to join his Japanese grandmother. A wine enthusiast who has always wanted to work in nature, he hesitated between Bordeaux and Burgundy when he arrived in France in 2005, but his passion for Pinot Noir won out.
