100% Chardonnay from almost 10 year-old vines, grown biodynamically and planted on clay-limestone soils. Plot of 0.6 hectare, facing East on a mid-slope. Manual harvest, controlled yields. Vinification: direct pressing, 18 months of aging in 228-liter oak barrels and demi-muids, on lees. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration, no added sulfites.
