A champagne made from the three main grape varieties of the region: 35% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 35% Pinot Meunier, sourced from biodynamically farmed vines on the slopes of Crouttes-sur-Marnes. This is a selection of the best lots from the 2017 harvest, with grapes handpicked at high maturity. Direct pressing in a traditional Coquard press, with 75% vinified in oak barrels and casks, and 25% in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation completed, long aging on the laths, with disgorgement on the 29th of January 2024, and zero dosage.
