100% Chardonnay from vines planted in 1980, 1995, and 2011, on sandy, iron-rich soils. South / South-East exposure. Vinification: direct pressing, vinified and aged in 350L and 600L barrels, topped up regularly from fermentation to bottling to preserve the uniqueness of this parcel. Bottled in July 2020, aged on the laths, disgorged in May 2024. Unfiltered, this is an extra-brut Champagne with a dosage of 4.15 grams/liter.
