100% Chardonnay from vines planted successively in 1972, 1985, 1986 and 2010, on limestone sands over sandstone subsoils. The plot, named Les Heurtes Bises, is located on a windy plateau, facing south, for a total area of 1ha67. Vinification and aging for 10 months in 228-litre barrels, bottled in July 2020, aging on laths, disgorged in February 2024 with a dosage of 3 grams per liter, no filtration. This is an extra-brut champagne.

Alexandre Chartogne is at the head of the Maison de Champagne Chartogne-Taillet, whose traces of winemakers in the family date back to 1490 with Nicolas Taillet and then Fiacre Tailler in 1540.
