A Blanc de Noirs made of 100% Pinot Noir from biodynamic vineyards (the 7-hectare estate is Demeter-certified) planted in 1983 on gypsum clay-limestone soils. This is a vintage Champagne, using only the 2018 harvest, with grapes harvested by hand at high ripeness. Direct pressing in traditional Coquard presses, vinification in 25-hl casks, malolactic fermentation, ageing on laths, aged under cork and disgorged on the 29th of January 2024, without dosage. The string is attached after disgorgement.
