100% Pinot Meunier from biodynamically-grown vines, a massal selection planted in 1963 on clay-limestone soils. This is a vintage Champagne, using only the 2018 harvest, with grapes harvested by hand at high ripeness. Direct pressing in a traditional Coquard press, vinification in 3hl sandstone egg-shaped vats, malolactic fermentation, ageing on laths, aged under cork and disgorged on the 29th of January 2024, without dosage. The string is attached after disgorging, just a micro-dose of sulfur.
