Champagne
Les Rachais Rosé - 2014 - Delphine Boulard
Francis Boulard et Fille
A very classy, complex nose with notes of strawberry, blueberry, almond and brioche, with a slight oxidative patina. The palate doesn't disappoint after this phenomenal nose: a luminous Champagne full of energy, with a lovely persistence of small red berries.
