100% Pinot Meunier from old vines around sixty years old, grown biodynamically (the 7-hectare estate is certified by Demeter) and planted on the hillsides of Crouttes-sur-Marnes, on clay-silty soils. Grapes harvested manually and at high maturity, mainly from the 2020 harvest. Pressing in a traditional Coquard press, vinification in barrels, long aging on laths and disgorging on the 20th of March 2024, with ZERO dosage.
