A ‘rosé de saignée’ style Champagne, made from the 2021 harvest, blending 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier from biodynamic vineyards. Sourced from two old parcels, one from 1960 and the other from 1925, on silty soils, along with a section of the Pinot Noir Les Bien Aimées planted in 1983 on clay-limestone soil. Hand-harvested. Around 20 hours of maceration, vinification in oak barrels, followed by second fermentation and aging on laths. Disgorged on the 22nd of May 2024, this is a zero-dosage cuvée. 990 bottles produced.
