Muscat, Chasselas, Sémillon, and Torontel from vines planted in the Maule region, 400 km south of Santiago, across two parcels totaling three hectares, with sandy, clay, and granite soils. Dry-farmed, untreated, and farmed organically (not certified), hand-harvested. Natural vinification: fully destemmed, 15 days of maceration of the berries with punchdowns, then quickly racked for a short aging in wooden vats. 60% of the wine was lightly filtered, and bottled early as a primeur! Just one gram of sulfur per hectoliter.

Louis-Antoine Luyt was born in the Breton coastal city of St Malo some forty years ago. Following a handful of formative viticultural experiences alongside the likes of Philippe Pacalet and Marcel Lapierre, he finally moved to Chili, and settled in Cauquenès, 400 km south of Santiago de Chile.
