48% País, 23% Pinot Noir, 17% Carignan, 9% Merlot, and 2% Syrah, sourced from three hectares of vines in the Maule region, planted on decomposed clay soils. These vines are dry-farmed, grown using organic practices though not certified. Hand-harvested. Vinification: total destemming, with 8 days of infusion maceration for the País, while the other varietals macerate after crushing. The juices are blended before aging for 10 months. Transported in bulk to France for bottling, without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulfur.

Louis-Antoine Luyt was born in the Breton coastal city of St Malo some forty years ago. Following a handful of formative viticultural experiences alongside the likes of Philippe Pacalet and Marcel Lapierre, he finally moved to Chili, and settled in Cauquenès, 400 km south of Santiago de Chile.
