A blend of 80% Vermentino and 20% Bianco Gentile, Genovese and Carcaghjolu Bianco, from 13-year-old vines planted in 2010 with the participation of Patrick Fioramonti, on clay-limestone soils in Bonifacio, on a total of three hectares. Harvesting was done by hand, followed by a respectful vinification: direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, 6 months of aging in casks and demi-muids... Bottled without fining or filtration.

Yves Canarelli took over his grandfather’s vines in 1993. In 20 years, he has shifted his viticulture over to biodynamics, and reintroduced ancient grape varietals like Cargaghjolu Nero, which nearly went extinct in the 1960s.
