Nose of lemon zest and honeysuckle, with a slight toasted note. On the palate, Petite Arvine brings freshness and salinity, Sylvaner adds depth, and Marsanne contributes its fine bitterness. This is a complex, harmonious wine with a long finish.

A blend of Petite Arvine, Ermitage (the Swiss name for Marsanne), and Sylvaner in equal proportions, from biodynamically farmed vines planted on different parcels and terroirs of the estate. Hand-harvested. The three grape varieties are vinified separately without additives, then blended after fermentation for 12 months of aging in barrels, with no new oak. Just a micro-dose of sulfur added before bottling at the estate.
