100% Cabernet Franc from vines grown biodynamically and planted on clay-limestone soils at 470 metres altitude. Vinification: 15 days of fermentation, indigenous yeasts (of course), followed by 6 months of maturation in stainless steel vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero sulphur added.
