A light-coloured robe and a deep, complex nose: pine, forest floor, mushrooms, and a touch of sherry. The palate has structure and great length, with notes of maple leaves and cocoa, and a touch of salinity on the finish. A dynamic wine with perfectly integrated tannins.

A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from vines planted at 300 metres altitude in the village of Lenswood, in southeast Australia. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by one month of carbonic maceration in whole bunches with indigenous yeasts, gentle pressing, 10 months of maturation in four French oak barrels, one of which is new, with neither filtering nor fining, and finally bottled in December 2020 with just a micro-dose of sulphur.
