Grain Pinot "Chamoson" - 2022 - Marie Thérèse Chappaz
Marie-Thérèse Chappaz
Ruby color, nose with notes of black cherry, licorice, pepper, menthol, and a hint of minerality... Palate: a tight and precise Pinot, serious texture, noble tannins, and a delicious aromatic profile. A great wine for aging, perfect pairing with a prime rib.

100% Pinot Noir from the slopes of Chamoson, sourced from very old vines farmed biodynamically on limestone soils with a stony alluvial terroir. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels of several uses. Just a micro-dose of sulfur added before bottling at the estate.
