A blend of native grape varieties: Diolinoir, Gamaret, and Gallotta, from 10- to 40-year-old vines, grown biodynamically. Vineyards planted in Fully, on the right bank of the Rhône (alluvium and gneiss soils) and on the Charrat hillside, on the left bank (limestone scree). Harvested by hand with small crates. Vinification: the grapes are 100% destemmed, macerated 14 days, with indigenous yeasts, and 6 months of maturation in vats. A light filtration before bottling at the Estate, and just a micro dose of sulphur.
