A blend of three native varieties: Diolinoir, Gamaret, and Gallotta, from 10 to 40-year-old biodynamic vines planted on the limestone scree slopes of Charrat. Hand-harvested. Vinification: 100% destemmed, 14-day maceration, native yeasts, aged for 15 months in casks without new oak, a bit longer than usual "to enhance indulgence and fine texture." Bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
