Blend: majority of Pinot, supplemented with Gamay and a hint of Syrah, from young vines grown biodynamically (certified) and planted on different plots. Manually harvested in small crates. Vinification: 100% destemmed, 14 days of maceration, indigenous yeasts, 6 months of aging in vats. Light filtration at bottling, sensible use of sulfites.
