A blend of Grenache Blanc, Parellada, and Macabeu in equal parts, from organically farmed vines planted on clay-limestone soils in the Conca de Barbera appellation, north of Tarragona. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: separate maceration of the three varieties for 8 days, followed by gentle pressing and blending of the juices during fermentation. Aged for 6 months in amphorae. Bottled at the Domaine in early Spring 2022, with no fining, no filtration, and no added sulfites.
