A 100% Syrah wine from vines planted on sandy-clay soils in the village of Blewitt Springs, south of Adelaide. The grapes are harvested by hand, macerated for one month in whole bunches with indigenous yeasts, followed by gentle pressing, racking and 12 months maturation in 600 litre casks. Neither filtered nor fined, and bottled with only a micro-dose of sulphur.
