Pinot Noir Brauneberger Mandelgraben* - 2019 - Markus Molitor

Weingut Markus Molitor

A pure, fine nose with notes of black fruits, slate and flint. The palate is insanely elegant, perfectly balanced, with fine tannic structure, expressive minerality, juicy fruit aromas, and a long mineralesque finish. A wine with huge ageing potential.

Vinification: the grapes are almost entirely de-stemmed, followed by four weeks of maceration in wooden vats with indigenous yeasts, gentle pressing in a vertical press, and 24 months of maturation in French oak barrels.
