A concentrated nose of dark berries and cherry pit, with a touch of cinnamon and bitter Aperol liqueur! Palate: smooth and supple, with bright fruit flavours, velvety tannins, and a hint of blood orange on the finish. Still young, yet already showing huge potential. Our perennial favourite!

A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from vines planted at 300 metres altitude in the village of Lenswood, in southeast Australia. The grapes are grown organically and harvested by hand, followed by carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts, fermentations and maturation in large casks that have seen several wines. Bottled in the spring (we're in the Southern hemisphere!), with neither filtering nor fining, and zero added sulphur for this vintage.
