A blended cuvée, with a majority of Pinot Noir, complemented with a bit of Gamay, from vines grown viodynamically and planted on different parcels of the estate in the Valais region. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, fermentations and 8 months of aging in vats, on total lees. Bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
