A Zweigelt and Pinot Noir cuvée made from vines farmed organically and planted in Noboribetsu, a high place for volcanic activity, on sandy-clay soils over volcanic bedrock. Vinification: carbonic maceration with whole bunches, 12 months maturation in old barrels produced in Otaru, close to Takahiko's vineyard. Bottled by gravity, without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphur from the 2015 vintage. Only 800 bottles produced.
