A blended cuvée of 30% Cortese, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Arneis and 10% Vermentino from vines farmed organically and planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand with small crates, followed by direct pressing of the different grape varieties in whole bunches, with indigenous yeasts, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in stainless steel tanks, and 9 months of maturation. Wine neither fined nor filtered, sensible use of sulphur.
