A Barbera d'Asti Bandita... Therefore, 100% Barbera, a popular grape variety in Northern Italy, made from vines farmed organically and planted on sandy soils. Vinification: the grapes are handpicked with small crates and sorted in the vineyard, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, two months of maceration, gentle pressing, and maturation in barrels, without new oak. No fining, no filtering, and no added sulphur!
