Juice with notes of yellow fruits, orange zest then candied orange, exotic fruits (mango and passion fruit), mineral hint. Beautiful volume, imposing substance, rich, balanced by a fine acidity, the mouthfeel is silky. Worth decanting.
Blend: 70% Procanico, supplemented with Malvasia, Vermentino, Roscetto, Pedino, Romanesco and Ansonica, from vines grown organically, co-planted and harvested by hand. Natural vinification without additives: total destemming, 10 days of maceration of the berries, soft pressing, about a year of aging in oak casks of 10 and 20 hl, that have seen several wines. Not fined, not filtered, without added sulphites.
Gian Marco Antonuzi and Clémentine Bouvéron live in Gradoli, 150 km north of Rome. Clémentine studied oenology and Gian trained under such renowned vignerons as Barral and Pacalet .
