What a wine! Insanely charming, an unbelievable personality! A powerful nose, very aromatic, with notes of flowers, violet candy, and sage. A well-rounded, lively, balanced and mineral palate. This is some clean, precise juice, and, needless to say, one of our favourites.

100% Manzoni Bianco from vines grown biodynamically (the estate is certified by Demeter) and planted on a clay-limestone soil. The grapes are de-stemmed then macerated with their skins for 10 days in vats. The maturation is done in acacia wood barrels and amphorae for about 10 months. Neither fined nor filtered, very light dose of sulphites at bottling.
