Heritage - 2022 - Gabrio Bini
Serragghia
An orange wine, cloudy with a complex nose of apricot, peach, cedar, rosemary, and thyme... Palate: this is intense, ultra-aromatic, full-bodied juice, with a salty finish. Evolves with every sip – it’s a voyage in a glass!

- rock’n’roll
100% Muscat d'Alexandrie from century-old vines, cultivated biodynamically and planted on Pantelleria, a small volcanic island located between Tunisia and Sicily. Natural vinification, with zero additives: the grapes are 100% destemmed, followed by a long maceration and maturation in terracotta amphorae (dolias) with the indigenous yeasts. This is pure unfiltered juice, unfined, without added sulfites and with a very very low total SO2 – an approach requiring a master’s touch. An exceptional cuvée.
Gabrio Bini
Gabrio Bini, 70 years young, lives and works on Pantelleria, a tiny volcanic island in the strait of Sicily, halfway between Sicily and Tunisia. The neighbour of Bond-girl-turned-winemaker Carole Bouquet, Bini has had several lives as well: architect in Milan, right-hand to a (very) big name in haute couture, before becoming consumed with a passion for this island – and for natural wines....
