100% Frappato from 35-year-old vines on average, farmed biodynamically and planted at 220 meters altitude on calcareous sand. Hand-harvested in the first 10 days of October. Natural vinification with no additives: 25-day maceration in concrete tanks, indigenous yeasts, gravity-fed processes. Aged for 14 months, partly in concrete tanks and partly in 30 hl casks that have seen several several wines. Unfiltered and unfined, bottled with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
