A 100% Cortese cuvée, from vines cultivated on a red clay soil, rich in iron, facing south. Farmed biodynamically. Vinification: direct pressing, matured in 25-hl acacia wood barrels for 5 months, with zero sulphur! In Stefano’s words: "Ivag is a bridge between my wines "Semplicemente" and those intended for ageing. It has a very direct and easy approach, yet it’s also refined and elegant. It’s a wine that fills your heart with grace, youth and freshness, but never invades it.”
