La Merla Bianca - 2004 - Stefano Bellotti
Cascina Degli Ulivi
Two highly aromatic grape varieties, and a masterfully controlled oxidative wine style. A nose of ripe fruits, yellow fruits, with notes of minerals, dried fruits, and honey. Palate: a rich, complex and intense juice, with a long finish. A wine crafted for the dinner table.

A cuvée of 50% Sauvignon and 50% Gewurztraminer, from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on clay-limestone soils facing south.
