A 100% Barbera cuvée made from young vines of 17 years old, farmed organically and planted on a 1-ha parcel of marly-limestone soil. Harvested by hand, of course, followed by 22 days of maceration in 50-hl cement vats with a few punch-downs, slow and gentle pressing to preserve the fruit, 24 months of ageing in cement vats. Bottled without filtration or fining, total sulphur: 40 mg / liter.
