A cuvée made of grapes bought from vines grown organically grown and planted in the South-East of Lake Bolsena, in Bomarzo and Montefiascone. Natural vinification without additives: blend of a short maceration of Aleatico, a saignée of Sangiovese and Merlot, and a maceration of Procanico (the latter is a white grape variety of the Trebbiano family), pressing, 6 months of aging in vats. No fining, no filtration, no added sulphur.

Gian Marco Antonuzi
Gian Marco Antonuzi and Clémentine Bouvéron live in Gradoli, 150 km north of Rome. Clémentine studied oenology and Gian trained under such renowned vignerons as Barral and Pacalet . The young couple settled here in 2004 and started their estate from scratch, the land uncultivated but for a grove of olive trees abandoned for the last 20 years – good news when one doesn't want to inherit...
