A 100% Moscato Bianco cuvée, from 25-year-old vines grown organically and planted on deep limestone marl soils. The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates and vinified with respect for the grapes: direct pressing of the whole bunches, settling of the must, spontaneous fermentation and maturation in closed vats as tradition demands in the appellation.
