Riserva Gabrio - 2022 - Gabrio Bini
Serragghia
Atypical, and that's what we love about this juice! On notes of plum, blueberry, cocoa, undergrowth... Palate: finesse, elegance and freshness! Evolves with every sip – it’s a voyage in a glass! Rare wine, probably overpriced but so good.

100% Pinot Noir from 135-year-old vines grown biodynamically and planted in Pantelleria, this small volcanic island located between Tunisia and Sicily. Manual work and harvest, low yields. Natural vinification, without inputs, by gravity: total destemming, long maceration, aging for 7 months in terracotta amphorae. Not fined, not filtered, zero added sulphur. A bottle of meditation, the fruit of a wild vineyard.
Gabrio Bini
Gabrio Bini, 70 years young, lives and works on Pantelleria, a tiny volcanic island in the strait of Sicily, halfway between Sicily and Tunisia. The neighbour of Bond-girl-turned-winemaker Carole Bouquet, Bini has had several lives as well: architect in Milan, right-hand to a (very) big name in haute couture, before becoming consumed with a passion for this island – and for natural wines....
