100% Teroldego from vines grown biodynamically and cultivated on a sandy clay soil. The vines are 50 years old. The grapes are de-stemmed. The maceration, fermentation and maturation take place in 450-litre clay amphorae over 8 months. Next, the wine is racked and matured 3 months in acacia wood barrels. New wood is forbidden. Unfined, unfiltered, just a very light dose of sulphites at bottling.
