A bland of Barbera and Freisa, two Piedmont grape varieties, from organically frown vines that were havested manually. Harvesting is done by hand followed by a natural vinification: the grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement vats, macerated for about 20 days, and matured 9 months in vats. Bottled at the estate without fining nor filtration. Zero added sulphur during vinification, even at bottling.

Nadia Verrua
Nadia Verrua is a Piedmont-born vigneronne based in the region of Asti. Her estate is comprised of 6 ha of vines and 4 ha of hazelnut trees. Since 2001 she has been producing delicate and refined reds from grapes which originated in this part of the Alps.
