100% Zibbibo, the local name for Muscat of Alexandria, made from old vines grown organically, planted on volcanic soils in the Northeast of the island, and pruned using the Alberello method, close to the ground to protect the grapes from the sun and the wind. Manual harvest in the morning, destemming and light crushing, two days of maceration, gentle pressing in a wooden press, indigenous yeasts, one year of aging in stainless steel tanks on total lees. Bottled by gravity in September 2021 with 1.5 grams of sulfur / hectoliter.

Felix Sebastian is a multi-faceted German winemaker. Born in 1988 in Athens to archaeologist parents, nothing predestined him for winemaking except that he grew up in a family of Epicureans, who appreciate wine and its environment.
