A very select cuvée, like all the wines from Ganevat’s estate... 100% Chardonnay from vines farmed biodynamically and planted in 1960 on a terroir of schist and marl, on the lieu-dit of Grusse and small town of Saint-Laurent-la-Roche. Neither filtered nor fined, and zero added sulphur.
