100% Pinot Noir from 20-year-old vines planted in the vineyard site known as "Les Mélinaux", which has clay and gryphaea limestone soils.. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by natural vinification: 20 days of maceration of the whole clusters, gentle pressing, blending of the free-run and press wines, and 12 months of maturation in 228-liter barrels, without new oak. Bottled at the estate with sensible sue of sulphur.

Marin Fumey, a young purebred Jura winegrower, has always bathed in Vin Jaune! His parents Adeline and Raphaël founded the estate in 1986 with only 56 acres of vines.
