Ploussard "Au fil des générations" - 2019 - Tony Bornard - Magnum

2019 was unfortunately another frost-affected year, resulting in significant harvest losses for the Domaine...To make a single Ploussard wine would require blending the remaining grapes from every one of the estate’s parcels. Thus, this one cuvée is the product of vines planted by four generations of the same family. The yields were obviously miniscule. Short maceration, in order to produce a well-balanced wine with potential for ageing. Matured in barrels, bottled without fining, filtration or sulphur.
