Poulsard Chalasses Vieilles Vignes - 2022 - Jean François Ganevat
Domaine Ganevat
A very beautiful expression of this grape variety, with notes of strawberry puree, blackcurrant, rose, and white pepper... Palate: lovely acidity, a lightly coloured juice with light, luscious tannins… a perfectly balanced wine. Poulsard + Ganevat = what else do you expect?

100% Poulsard, from vines more than 50 years old, farmed biodynamically and harvested by hand. The grape bunches were rigorously sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar, followed by gentle pressing, natural vinification without additives, and two years of maturation in oak barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero added sulphur.
