Blend of 50% Terret Bourret Gris from 72-year-old vines, and 50% Terret Bourret over 60 years old, planted on clay-limestone terroir in the communes of Montagnac and Paulhan. Natural vinification: full sorting of the Terret blanc, part direct pressing, part maceration in the juice, destemming then addition of Terret gris berries to the vat, maceration for 27 days; aged in vats on lees for 8 months. Bottled without fining, filtration or any addition of sulfites.
